Zhongli creates a Geo construct that resonates with other constructs and deals damage to nearby enemies in a small area of effect.
You can use this elemental skill in two ways:
Press:
Zhongli summons a Stone Stele that deals Geo Damage upon impact and lasts for 30 seconds.
The Stone Stele has the following properties:
- The Stone Stele resonates with other Geo constructs such as Ningguang’s or the Traveler’s (Geo) elemental skill.
- The Stone Stele itself is considered a Geo construct. It can be climbed, used to block paths or used to block attacks from monsters.
- There is a 2 seconds interval between each resonance.
- Each resonance will deal Geo Damage to all nearby enemies in a small AoE.
- Each resonance will generate 1 Geo elemental particle.
- Only 1 Stone Stele can exist at any given time. But with the 1st constellation unlocked, this limit will change from 1 to 2.
Hold:
Zhongli musters the earth’s energy around him and causes an explosion of Geo energy.
This causes the following effects:
- Deals AoE Geo damage upon activation.
- Creates a Stone Stele if the maximum limit has not been reached. The limit is 2 with the 1st constellation and 1 without it.
- If there is an enemy with a Geo Element nearby, the skill will drain a huge amount of shield or armor. A good example of this is the Stone Lawachurl or Geo Slime.
Using this skill on such monsters will reduce is Geo armor’s HP gauge by a lot. This effect will not incur actual damage to the enemies. - Creates a Jade Shield surrounding Zhongli for 20 seconds.
The Jade shield has the following effects:- Has 150% absorption against all elements and physical attacks.
- The amount of damage it can take scales based on Zhongli’s Max HP.
- Reduces the Elemental and Physical Resistance of all enemies by 20% within a small AoE.
- This effect cannot stack even if you can re-cast the skill before the first application of Jade Shield expires.
- The Jade Shield carries over even if you switch to a different character after.
- With the Resonant Waves passive talent unlocked, the Jade Shield’s shield strength is increased by 5% whenever it takes damage.
This effect can only stack up to 5 times. - With the 6th constellation unlocked, the Jade Shield will regenerate 40% of the damage it takes as HP for your active character.
The HP regeneration is capped at 8% of the current character’s Max HP.

Zhongli calls forth a huge meteor to descend upon his enemies, dealing an immense Geo Damage in a very large area of effect.
It additionally has the following effects:
- Petrifies all enemies it hits and keeping them immobilize for up to 4 seconds depending on the talent’s level.
- With the Dominance of Earth passive talent unlocked, its damage is further increased by 33% of Zhongli’s Max HP.
- With the 2nd constellation unlocked, this elemental burst also grants Jade Shield to characters within its AoE.
- With the 4th constellation unlocked, its AoE is increased by 20% and extends the petrification duration by 2 seconds.

Normal Attack:
Zhongli performs up to 6 consecutive hits with his spear.
Charged Attack:
At the cost of 25 stamina, Zhongli lunges forward while summoning stone spears on his path and damaging all enemies along the way.
Plunging Attack:
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE Damage upon impact.
