Eye of Stormy Judgement:
Eye of Stormy Judgement will give the following effects:
- Characters with this buff unleash coordinated attacks from the Eye, dealing AoE Electro Damage at the opponent’s position when they deal Damage to enemies.
- Increases the Elemental Burst Damage of characters with this buff (including Raiden Shogun) based on their Elemental Burst’s Energy cost during its duration.
- It initiates one coordinated attack every 0.9 seconds.
- Coordinated attacks from characters not controlled by you deal 20% of the normal Damage.

Musou no Hitotachi (Upon Skill Activation):
The Raiden Shogun unleashes Musou no Hitotachi, dealing AoE Electro Damage.
Unlocking the 2nd constellation enables ignoring 60% of the opponent’s Defense within the AoE.
She then enters Musou Isshin state for 7 seconds, infusing her normal attacks with Electro properties during its duration.
Damage from Musou no Hitotachi and Musou Isshin’s attacks increases based on the consumed Chakra Desiderata’s Resolve stacks.
Musou Isshin:
During the duration of this state, Raiden Shogun will wield her tachi and battle and gain the following effects:
- Her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks deal Electro Damage to enemies and is considered as Elemental Burst damage.
- Elemental infusion cannot be overridden with any other skills.
- Attacks dealt during this state regenerate 1.6 to 2.5 Energy for nearby party members once every 1 second, up to 5 times during this skill’s duration.
Unlocking the passive talent at ascension 4 improves the energy regeneration by 0.6% for every 1% of the Energy Recharge stat that the Raiden Shogun has above the 100% threshold. - At ascension 4, the passive talent grants the Raiden Shogun 0.4% Electro Damage Bonus for every 1% of Energy Recharge stat above 100%.
- Raiden Shogun’s resistance to interruption increases.
- Raiden Shogun becomes immune to Electro-Charged elemental reaction Damage.
- Unlocking the 2nd Constellation will ignore 60% of the target’s Defense.
- Upon unlocking the 4th constellation, party members will gain a 30% Attack Bonus for 10 seconds after this state ends.
Raiden Shogun is excluded from this effect. - At Constellation 6, party members’ Elemental Burst Cooldown will decrease by 1 second whenever Raiden Shogun hits an opponent during this state.
Raiden Shogun is also excluded from the cooldown reduction effect. - Musou Isshin effects will vanish when the Raiden Shogun leaves the field.
Chakra Desiderata:
Raiden Shogun gains Resolve Stack when certain conditions are met.
These resolve stacks can increase the damage of the Elemental Burst activation damage and elemental infusion damage.
Resolve Stacks can be gained through the following:
- Nearby party members (excluding the Raiden Shogun) using their Elemental Bursts will grant Raiden Shogun Resolve stacks based on their Energy Cost.
- Unlocking the passive talent at ascension 1, grants the Shogun 2 additional stacks of Resolve whenever a party member gains elemental orbs or particles.
This effect can occur once every 3 seconds. - At the 1st constellation unlock, Resolve stacks gained by Electro characters using their Elemental Burst increase by 80%. For other elements, the increase is 20% instead.
- Up to a maximum of 60 stacks can be gained.
- The Resolve from Chakra Desiderata clears 300 seconds after the Raiden Shogun leaves the field.
